Steps to Apply Online

Step 2: Fill Online Application Form
Step 3: Upload Scanned Documents
Step 4: Preview, Submit & Print/Download Application
Step 5: Choose Your Subject/Programme
Step 6: Pay the Programme Fee
Step 1: Online Registration in SAMARTH portal
- Open the URL ( https://assamadmission.samarth.ac.in/index.php/registration/user/register )
- Complete Registration process (which creates ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ for you).
- Your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ is informed through SMS and e-mail.
Step 2: Fill Online Application Form
- Click the “Login” button on the Home Page ( https://assamadmission.samarth.ac.in/index.php/site/login ).
- Enter your “Username” and “Password”.
- Enter Captcha information as shown in image.
- Click on “Login” button.
Step 3: Upload Scanned Documents
Candidate has to upload the Scanned copy of Photo, Signature & other relevant documents.
Step 4: Preview, Submit & Print/Download Application
- Read the instruction and declaration carefully by clicking the ‘Declaration’ box.
- Preview your Profile and Submit.
- Press Next button to see the form preview.
- After the final submission of the online application form, you may download the filled in application form and keep a printout for your record.
Step 5: Choose Your Subject/Programme
- Once your profile details are successfully submitted, Click “Select Programmes” and proceed for applying to the programmes of your choice.
Step 6: Pay the Programme Fee
- Pay the Programme Fee.
- Govt. of Assam “Admission Fee Waiver Scheme” applies to the Eligible Candidates.
- Admission Fee as per Govt. of Assam Uniform Fee Structure (Govt. letter No. PC/HE/Plan-24/2012/186 dtd.04/06/2019):
For GENERAL COURSE : Rs. 4,720.00
For MAJOR COURSE : Rs. 4,940.00 - Payment can be made through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI.
- Once the Fee Payment is paid, your application for the programme is successful.
- You are successfully applied for the course of your choice in your deemed institution. Thank You.
